What we've built
Three products we designed, built, and still operate. Not a portfolio of things handed over and forgotten — every one of these is in production, and we are the people who get paged when it breaks.
That is the part worth knowing when you are choosing a studio: building something is a much smaller commitment than running it. Operating what we ship is what keeps our scoping honest, because we are the ones who live with a shortcut.

Noviq — shift scheduling that covers itself
Noviq is a multi-tenant scheduling platform for teams that staff around the clock: NOC and SOC rotations, IT operations, support desks. Employees mark what they can work, a fairness engine fills the week, coverage gaps surface before the schedule is published, and swaps clear with manager approval. Timesheets pre-fill from the roster and leave as an export payroll can use as-is.
The hard part was never the calendar. It was the Israeli payroll rules underneath it — overtime at 125% and 150%, the Shabbat and holiday premium whose boundary is candle-lighting rather than a clock time, and youth employment limits that differ for a fifteen-year-old and a seventeen-year-old. Those rules decide what a shift actually costs, and they are the reason a generic scheduler does not fit an Israeli operation.

Vesper — task operations for live events
Vesper is multi-tenant task management built for the hours when an event is actually running: assign, track and clear work across teams in real time. Live events are an unforgiving deadline — the work either happens during the window or it does not happen at all — so the design question is not "can this store a task" but "can somebody see and reassign it in ten seconds, on a phone, in a crowd".

Amra — a member platform for a national association
A complete member platform, designed and built for a national procurement association. Membership systems look simple from the outside and rarely are: the interesting complexity sits in who may see what, how a member's standing changes over time, and what happens to their record when it does.
Built for the association; not a public product.
