This policy explains what Rallyve collects through rallyve.com, why, who sees it, and what you can ask of us. The site is small on purpose, and so is what it collects.
Who is responsible
Rallyve (VAT no. 558647459) is a software studio registered in Israel. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at sales@rallyve.com.
What we collect, and why
- What you send through the contact form — your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. You are not legally required to give them to us; without an email address we simply cannot reply.
- What every website receives — when you load a page, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic details of the request (browser type, the page asked for, the time) in order to serve it and to protect the site against abuse. The contact form also uses your IP address, in memory only and for no more than ten minutes, to stop the same sender submitting it over and over.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, tracking pixels or third-party scripts, and we do not build profiles of visitors. We checked this by recording every request the site makes, on every page, in both languages: it talks only to itself.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are reading in English or in Hebrew. It is strictly necessary for the language switch to work, it is not used to track you, and it is deleted when you close your browser.
Because there are no other cookies, the site does not show a cookie-consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, for example if we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie, and update this section first.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the site and our email for us, and only as far as they need it:
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. That processing takes place in the European Union (Ireland).
- Google hosts the site (Google Cloud / Firebase) and our business email (Google Workspace).
We may also disclose information where the law or a court order requires it.
Information held outside Israel
These providers store and process information outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. We use them in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, and rely on their contractual commitments to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and with any work that follows, and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping business records. After that we delete it. The in-memory record used to limit repeated submissions is discarded within ten minutes.
How we protect it
Everything sent through the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The contact form is protected against automated abuse, the site sends strict security headers, and access to the mailbox the enquiries arrive in is limited to the founders.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to receive your data in a portable form. To use any of these rights, email sales@rallyve.com; we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Marketing
We will not send you marketing messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them, as section 30A of the Communications Law requires. Replying to an enquiry you sent us is not marketing.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the site collects or how we use it, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and change the date at the top of this page. See also our terms of use.
