Products of our own in production, and client systems built to fit. Two of the products have already run real operations for a client — Vesper the events, Noviq the shifts. Each of these started as a problem someone was solving by hand.
Vesper
Task operations for live events
In production
Event crews ran the floor over group chats and spreadsheets, and things fell through the cracks in real time. Vesper gives every task an owner and a status, live, while the event is happening. It has already carried a client's live events end to end.
400 tasks across 12 teams in a single event

Noviq
Shift scheduling
In production
Scheduling that fills its own gaps. It balances availability and constraints and keeps every shift covered, instead of a manager rebuilding the board from scratch each week. Deployed with a client, Noviq ran the rota for a NOC team. The weekly schedule went from four hours to a quarter of an hour; hours reporting to payroll, from three hours of typing and pulling reports to five minutes of approval, because the HR system is connected and takes the data itself.
A client's NOC team · seven hours a week down to twenty minutes

Amra
Member platform · national procurement association
In development
A complete member platform — membership, content, events, and the administration behind them — designed by us and now being built for a national procurement association.

Barda & Amram
Company website · developer and builder, Hadera
In development
A website for a family company in Hadera that develops and builds its own projects. It is built around the project on sale now — the homes still available, marked as they sell — with a content system the family updates themselves.

The people you talk to are the people who build: we scope, design and build every project ourselves. No layers in between, so your budget goes into the product.
